convenient stay
excellent location comfortable bed
the location was excellent as it was near the subway. friendly staff assisted me . the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. i liked the simple check-out process.
the hotel charged an unexpected destination fee daily. it was never disclosed before my arrival. this additional expense affected my overall budget.

The staff was friendly at check-in and helpful when i asked about bill queries. one day, a staff member managed the elevators. This improved the process considerably. it showed good attention to guest needs.

my room had everything i needed for my stay. linens in the bathroom were fresh. the room was quiet considering the busy area. the tv had limited channels, but i did not watch often.

Convenient Stay in Central Location
popular attractions amazing service very clean helpful front desk
The location provided easy access to popular attractions. The bell boy named Gary offered amazing service. I found the hotel to be very clean. The front desk helped promptly when my niece needed a doctor.
I found the bed to be somewhat soft for my preference. It was like i would sink into it. Perhaps a firmer mattress option could enhance comfort for some guests.

The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to major attractions. The included breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. I also got free attraction tickets to a museum.
The elevators were very slow and confusing. The touch screen system for selecting floors was unusual. There were long waits and occasional malfunctions. I sometimes walked down from the 18th floor because of elevator issues.

helpful staff convenient location easy access
the staff accommodated a better room. the location is very convenient for many attractions. i could easily walk to the theatre district and several restaurants. the subway was also close for longer trips.
the hotel lacked usb ports in the room, a minor but noticeable inconvenience.

safe location friendly cleaners super friendly staff small room small bathroom missing tub
the location not sketchy at all! i enjoyed being so central. the room cleaners were very friendly. claudia was super friendly at checkout and sent us off with a smile.
i remember the rooms being small! the bathroom felt only large enough for one person. there was no tub, just a shower.
